We collect information you provide directly: your email address, business name, UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes, and set-aside certifications. We also collect usage data, login timestamps, and interaction logs to improve the Service.
We use your business profile data exclusively to: (a) match you with relevant SAM.gov opportunities; (b) calculate your MatchScore™ for each opportunity; (c) generate response packages tailored to your company; (d) send email alerts for new matches. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a SOC-2 compliant infrastructure provider, with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level. Only your authenticated account can access your business profile and generated documents. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
GovIQ integrates with the following third-party services: (a) SAM.gov — for federal opportunity data (public API); (b) Stripe — for payment processing (we do not store card numbers); (c) Anthropic Claude — for AI-generated response packages; (d) Vercel — for hosting and analytics.
We use session cookies to maintain your authentication state. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage metrics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, your business profile and generated packages will be deleted within 30 days. SAM.gov opportunity data is not owned by us and is publicly available.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing dwayne@rich-mgt.com. We will respond within 30 days.
