By accessing or using GovIQ (“the Service”), operated by Rich Management Capital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
GovIQ is a federal contract intelligence platform that provides NAICS-based opportunity matching, MatchScore™ scoring, and response package generation tools for small businesses pursuing federal government contracts. The Service pulls data from publicly available sources including SAM.gov.
GovIQ offers Starter ($99/month), Pro ($299/month), and Elite ($999/month) subscription plans. Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. All prices are in USD.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Service to submit fraudulent government contract bids; (b) resell or redistribute Service output without written permission; (c) reverse engineer any proprietary algorithm including MatchScore™; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The MatchScore™ algorithm, scoring weights, and methodology are proprietary trade secrets of Rich Management Capital LLC. All content, features, and functionality of GovIQ are owned by the Company. You retain ownership of your business profile data and any documents you generate using the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GovIQ does not guarantee that any opportunity match will result in a contract award. SAM.gov data is sourced from government APIs and may contain errors or omissions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Management Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
